Assigning A Recording To A Campaign Voicemail
You may want to forward all campaign calls to your cell phone, to your regular business line or a specific sales person. If the call is missed it would be picked up by the voicemail for that line.
However, at times, or depending on the use of the number, you may choose to have the system voicemail pick up.
Whichever you choose, you'll always get transcripts, so you wont miss anything!
You'll also receive missed call notifications, if they don't leave a message, so you can call right back.
Record your various greeting messages, and store them in your message library, so all you'll have to do is select it.
Make sure you name your greeting recording in a way that relates to the use of the number.
When you're setting up your campaign (which is how you'll determine call handling), you'll simply select the recording you'd like to use, from your list of greeting recordings in your library.
You'll also have the option to send all calls directly to the system voicemail.
