If you're excited to start tracking your existing campaigns, this is where you start. It's quick and easy, and once you've checked it out, you can easily assign a staff member to do it for you.
Please Note: If you're a Local Service Hero member who offers B2B marketing and advertising services to members, CLICK HERE for specific details. However, everything below also applies to you.
The system was purpose built, so that once your campaigns are set up, you don't have to sign in every time you want to pick up your leads. Since the system notifies you (either by email, text or both) you'll never miss a lead.
You'll only have to sign in to check your campaign performance data and to manage or launch new campaigns.
Maximize ROI in 3 Phases For Your Whole Marketing Spend
- Start tracking all your existing marketing campaigns.
- Optimize your existing campaigns - so you can add gas to what works and eliminate what doesn't
- Leverage the ability to share costs through B2C & B2B marketing campaigns.
Success Time Frame Post Implementation
- Within 1 week you'll have a good idea of where (and when) your business is coming from. With actual data.
- After 30 days you'll have a clear idea of which of your ads are performing the best, so you can optimize. You'll also know which social media is worth posting on or is it a time waster.
For example: If only 10% of your business is coming from your Instagram posts and you're spending a significant amount of time / money on it, you may have a negative ROI from that channel of business. So you'll know you can scrap it. Daily Facebook posting would be similar.
Optimize (double down on) campaigns that work, and track another 30 days. You should see an average of 25% uptick in conversions - and sales with your existing marketing. - 30-60 days in, start running (or join) Shared Cost Marketing campaigns. This should result in an average of a 50% reduction in marketing costs, and up to 85%
Overall, within 6 months you could see a dramatic increase in your sales, while at the same time experiencing a dramatic reduction in marketing expenses.

- Buy your first local Twilio phone number for $1.15. CLICK HERE.
- Step 1: Decide on the first campaign you want to track. It could be an existing one - like Facebook paid ads, or in your social media fan pages/profile.
You'll need to replace your existing business phone number with the new tracking phone number. If you're setting up a new ad campaign, then use the new tracking number (you'll set up) for that ad campaign, right from the start.
Important: You cannot change the Campaign Offer Name OR the tracking phone number once you've created it - to avoid tracking duplication. If you're using this for something like "Google PPC Ad - 20% Off," then that will be your "Campaign Short Name".
If you want to use the phone number for another campaign, you'll have to delete the Campaign Offer and create a new one. You will NOT lose your data. - Create your first marketing campaign. You can create up to 25. Please Note: All lead tracking and phone call handling is based on setting up a new campaign.
If you want to use the system and a phone number for other business use, or even for personal use, you can set up a campaign for it, and give it a campaign "Short Name" like "Customer Service" or "My Other Line", etc.. This is how you'll be able to identify what each phone number is being used for. CLICK HERE. - To set how you want your calls handled. Setting inbound call notifications as text and email alerts CLICK HERE.
- Call handling: Optional. Upload custom voice recordings for campaigns, for caller greetings and "Call Whisper" CLICK HERE.
- To set the "Whisper" you'll hear about the caller, before you're automatically connected, so you know which campaign number was called and know how to answer the call. CLICK HERE.
- To set how you want the call handled, whether Forwarded, Ring Thru, Alternate Ring, Simul Ring, Round Robin, Direct to Voicemail, or Answering Live from Computer (called "Dial User") CLICK HERE.
- Optional- only if you need this function. To set up call transfer scheduling click below. For example: Transfer call calls to a designated staff before or after business hours. CLICK HERE.
Testing Your New Performance Tracking Set Up
- Call the tracking number from another number (but NOT the one you're forwarding the calls to). Call a staff member or someone else. Make a couple of calls. 1 call where you answer and talk for 15 or 20 seconds. Another one, to leave a voicemail.
- Notice how many rings before the voicemail picks up. You may want YOUR voicemail to pick rather than the system. Increase / decrease the number setting to ensure the right voicemail picks up.
- Send a text message to the number and check that it's being forwarded, if you want that feature, for that particlular campaign.

- See how you can filter the data when you have multiple campaigns (phone numbers) being tracked. CLICK HERE.
- Become familiar with how SMS messaging works, in case your prospect sends a text message instead of calling. CLICK HERE.
Final Step
The last and final step, is to replace the phone number in your existing marketing, with your new tracking number, in the campaign you decided to track first.
Now you're ready to use the system. Give the tracking 30 days. You'll have enough data to know whether (and how) that particular marketing channel is "pulling" in business for you or not. And you'll know what to do about it.
In the meantime, set up other campaigns to track, and replace the tracking number in as many of your existing marketing campaigns or social media, as you can.
Review the material on campaign optimization, so when you're ready to do that, you'll know exactly what to do.
Congratulations!
Now that you've completed this first time set up, (don't worry, it will get easier each time) and watch your business soar! Not by "magic", but by implementing campaign tracking and optimization methods, that until now, was only available to the biggest corporations at great expense.
