Never Check Voicemail With Phone Call Transcripts
Say good bye to checking your voicemail, taking notes after a call, and delegating based on your notes. Getting the transcripts will save you, on average, 108 hours a year! Details of your savings are below.
Get all your calls transcribed by AI and emailed to you immediately after the call. Even your voicemail.
Depending on how you're using the number, you have the option to get all calls transcribed and emailed to the email address of your choice.
This can be set on a campaign by campaign basis. You have full call handling control for every number you're using, and every call you receive.
For Example: For all marketing campaigns, you'd turn on call transcription. If you set up a number for personal use, you may not want that turned on.
How The Transcript Appears In Your Email
Follow along with the steps relating to the numbers in the image below.
- You'll get the caller's number.
- The campaign number that was called - so you know which campaign was called.
Note: Before you take the call, you'll hear a "Call Whisper" so you know how to answer the call, and will know which marketing campaign number was dialed. - You'll also have the option to listen to the entire call again. This includes voicemails left either on your phone or on the Local Service Hero system. No need to check voicemail again! (Except to delete them periodically.)
- Date & time of call.
- The AI transcribed text of the call or voicemail.
- You have an option to "Enable" or "Disable" call transcription.
Transcriptions are processed by OpenAI. Make sure you added your API key under Settings/Integrations. To learn how to get your OpenAi API CLICK HERE - As soon as you enable call transcription, the email box will appear. Just enter the email address you want to send the transcripts to.
Tip: The average business owner spends 25 minutes a day checking voicemail and taking notes for details, call-backs and delegating, based on calls and messages. Now you can just forward the transcript to an employee for action, or take action immediately.
With a five day work week, you'll save 6,500 minutes annually, (or 108 hours) checking voicemail, taking notes and delegating. All because you're now getting call transcripts.
