Hear A "Whisper" About The Caller Before You're Automatically Connected
Before you answer a call, it's good to know what the call is going to be about, so you can answer the call appropriately.
You, or your sales team will hear the "whispered" message, before the call is automatically connected. Something like "Facebook 20% off" would work, if you were running that campaign.
Why Is Having A Call Whisper Important?
When you, or your sales team take calls from several sources and for varied promotions, the foreknowledge of what the call is about, ensures optimal preparedness to "make the sale".
If you're running several promotions on different platforms and across varied media, it's hard to respond - sell - effectively when you have to ask the caller which promotion they're referring to.
Setting Up Call Whisper
- You have the option of not having call whisper on. But it not advised.
- You can upload a campaign specific call whisper recording that you hear - or the sales person hears, before the caller is automatically connected.
- You can opt to use the text-to-speech option for the call whisper.
